Lecture Course
Keys to Predictable Molar Root Canal Therapy
DAVID J. CLEMENT, D.D.S.

OVERVIEW
This course will present advanced access, cleaning and shaping principles. Treatment philosophies, strategies, and techniques were developed solely to address the issues of providing molar root canal therapy (RCT), while maintaining the mechanical and biological objective of RCT. Whether a seasoned practitioner or just expanding your dental services, your growth to provide more predictable and profitable molar RCT may be as simple as applying these key concepts; concepts readily transferable to the treatment of single rooted teeth. Dr. Clement also believes that to take full advantage of Ni-Ti rotary instrumentation, one must apply these same advanced endodontic techniques and principles.

Topics to be discussed
• Single Tooth Molar Isolation
• Molar Anatomy
• Molar Case Selection & Classification
• Curvatures and Calcification
• Difficulty related to Diagnosis
• Immediate Recognition of Referral situations
• Endodontic Molar Access
