Patient-Centered Practice Management
CHRISTOPHER J. PERRY, M.S., D.M.D.

OVERVIEW
Most of us in dentistry develop routines that become second nature. Unfortunately, those routines aren’t always best for our patients, our staff, or our practice. This exciting lecture will demonstrate how, when we step back and look at the patient as a whole and try to find the “why” of the situation, we end up doing the best for our patient, which often is most productive for the practice.

While a myriad of topics on technology will be broached, from CEREC to implants to Invisalign, you will learn how your practice, even without these technologies, can
generate a minimum of $100,000 more a year with minor changes in the “routines”. Technology is great and Dr. Perry will show you how to maximize its effectiveness and implementation, but nothing is more effective than a comprehensive examination, patient education, and most importantly; follow-through. Don’t let all the dentistry sitting in your charts “Fall through the cracks”. Yes, Dr. Perry promises $100,000 increased production with a few simple techniques that will greatly increase your production per patient.
