Lecture/Participation Course for the Entire Dental Team
How a Team Approach to Thorough Dentistry Can Revolutionize Your Practice
CHRISTOPHER J. PERRY, M.S., D.M.D.
Course will have hands-on “breakout” and small group sessions for the staff and the doctors. These sessions will focus on diagnostic tools for doctors and staff as well as hands-on cases for team diagnosis.
OVERVIEW
Doctors
Are you tired of having all the pressures of success on your shoulders?
TEAMS
Do you feel unfulfilled with your role in the practice and your responsibilities?
This team-focused course will help you find the myriad of opportunities for increased production in your dental practice. You don’t need to revamp all of your practice systems to dramatically change the production in your practice. This lecture will demonstrate how, when we step back and look at the patient as a whole and try to find the “why” of the situation, we end up doing the best for our patient, which often is most productive for the practice. This course is clinically-oriented and reveals how a team approach to diagnosis and treatment planning generates more production than any “gadget” or novel practice system. While a myriad of topics on technology will be discussed, from CEREC to Waterlase, to implants and Invisalign, you will learn how your practice, even without these technologies, can generate a minimum of $100,000 more a year through dentistry facilitated by team support and education.
Dr. Perry will show you a few simple techniques that will greatly increase your production per patient and decrease your overhead.
